Lubrication commissioning of new paper machines

In the last three years, Texaco has been involved in the start-up of four new PMs in the UK - two by Beloit Walmsley, and the others by Valmet and Over Mechanica - and in the rebuild of a Voith machine at the Tait mill of international Paper. The author describes the lessons learned from this experience.
