The invention discloses a vibration-reducing blasting method for the excavation of bedding rock cutting, which comprises the following steps: (1) the excavation section of the cutting is divided into a main excavation area (11), and a protective layer (12) is reserved between the main excavation area (11) and an excavation boundary (13); (2) the deep hole blasting is implemented for the main excavation area (11); (3) after the main excavation area (11) is excavated, the small-bench smooth surface blasting cleaning is implemented for the protective layer (12). The invention has the advantages of preventing the destabilization landslide of the bedding rock slope in the blasting process or preventing the over-deep blasting layer crack from influencing the stability of the slope, being used to the blasting construction of the bedding rock slope of a low dip angle and a moderate dip angle, effectively controlling the generation of the blasting layer crack and keeping the self-stabilization capacity of the slope, ensuring the safe construction of the slope, and reducing the costs of reinforcing and maintaining the slope.
