Flexibility of Industrial Product Service Systems - An Assessment Based on Concept Modelling

We explain the possibility of offering flexibility for Industrial Product Service Systems to satisfy changing customer needs. Based on a concept model we discuss the economic assessment of this flexibility. We identify various ways of dealing with IPS² flexibility. To choose the best suited flexibility concept, the net option value of each concept has to be considered.
