Наш опыт эндоваскулярного лечения «Проблемных» аневризм

The objective — to present the results of aneurysmal SAH treatment by using of endovascular techniques and approaches, which help to reduce the risk of aneurysm re-rupture.Introduction. The experience of the neurosurgical clinic of Kharkiv Regional Clinical hospital with respect to endovascular surgical treatment of «problematic» arterial aneurysms of the brain, accompanied by subarachnoid hemorrhage, using modern technology and materials, taking into account the size, location, configuration of the aneurysm, severity of vasospasm.Materials and Methods. Established 105 cases of aneurysmal Sah to be endovascular surgical treatment, of which 62 are classified as «problematic».results. 90% of patients (58 of 62 people) admitted to a later time 3-4 days, bypassing the conventional favorable period for surgical treatment. In most patients, the decision problem of endovascular treatment of aneurysms is a difficult task because of the high looping, wide-neck aneurysms (11 patients), multi aneurysms (8 patients), multiple aneurysms (7 patients).conclusions. Expedient is the fastest endovascular aneurysm based on pathophysiological changes accompanying subarachnoid hemorrhage (sudden onset, high risk of re-rupture of the aneurysm, cerebral vasospasm development, ischemic brain damage).
