Liquid nitrogen cryogenic granulation device

2012
The invention discloses a liquid nitrogen cryogenic granulation device comprising a sealed chamber, a liquid spraying device arranged at the top of the sealed chamber; a granule flow-guide groove comprising a first end and a second end, the first end being arranged below the liquid spraying device; a conveyor belt arranged below the granule flow-guide groove and used for outputting particles delivered from the second end of the granule flow-guide groove; a liquid nitrogen recovery flow-guide groove arranged below the conveyor belt and used for delivering liquid nitrogen; a liquid nitrogen storage tank arranged below the liquid nitrogen recovery flow-guide groove and used for storing non-gasified liquid nitrogen. The technical scheme disclosed by the invention has the advantages of simple structure, high productivity, short strain resurrection time, and greatly improved strain survival rate. Compared with a conventional vacuum lyophilization process, large amounts of energy and time are saved. A prepared fermentation agent has a revitalization time shorter by 0.5-1h than that of a fermentation agent prepared by vacuum lyophilization.
