Enfoque docente sobre integración artística: un estudio de casos múltiples [Integrative approach to art education: a study of multiple examples]

Resumen: En el presente articulo se analiza la percepcion del profesorado de Primaria (6-12 anos) acerca de la integracion de lenguajes artisticos en las aulas de dicha etapa, y mas concretamente en el area de Educacion Artistica, de acuerdo con el enfoque globalizador establecido en el curriculo del sistema educativo espanol. Para ello, se lleva a cabo un estudio de casos multiples en cuatro centros educativos. La muestra esta formada por un total de ocho docentes, cuatro especialistas de musica y cuatro maestros generalistas, encargados de impartir plastica en los cursos de 4o y 5o de Primaria. A partir de los resultados obtenidos, es posible determinar los principales factores que dificultan y/o favorecen la implementacion de un enfoque integrador. Abstract: The aim of this article is the analysis of primary school teachers’ attitudes (6-12 years) to the general integration of the performing arts in the classroom, with a greater focus on their integration in the arts class. This analysis is based on the data collected from the study of multiple examples of this approach in four Primary Schools. A total of eight 4th and 5th class teachers (four music teachers and four primary school teachers) took part in the study. From this study, we are able to establish the main factors that favour and/or hinder the implementation of an integrative approach. Key words: arts class; primary school; study of multiple examples.
