The present invention discloses a method for fertilizers and purple potato anthocyanin content increases, the sugar fertilizer: 1-5%; ammonium citrate: 100 to 300 ppm; MeJA: 50-100ppm; phenylalanine acid: 20-40ppm. The present invention can significantly improve the anthocyanins in the purple potatoes, purple potatoes thus solving the problem of low anthocyanin content. Anthocyanins have a high economic value and broad application prospects of the present invention.
