Denunciar, elaborar, (en)lutar: luto e memória na tag #mariellepresente

The work aims to analyze the hashtag “Marielle Presente” from the relations between speech, mourning, and memory. It starts with the question of how the victims of state violence build their memories. Based on the considerations of Mbembe (2017) and Butler (2014) on the social distribution of social vulnerabilities, we debate about the discursive process that takes place in the process of elaborating and formulating the mourning of these subjects and their struggle for memory. We take the tag as an analysis paradigm and look at its production conditions, as well as its formulation. Finally, it can be said that the process of circulation and formulation of these sayings are marked by the presence-absence relationship, which allows the enunciating subject, when evoking a name, also to speak about himself.
