Design of Mine Flameproof and Intrinsically Safe Combination Switch Protection System

The mine flameproof and intrinsic safety combination switch is used in the electrical equipment of coal mine. In order to improve the safety and automation of coal mine and reduce the occurrence of underground fault, this paper designs a protection system of mine flameproof and intrinsic safety combination switch according to the power supply characteristics of coal mine underground working faces. The proposed protection system includes leakage protection, short circuit protection and other hardware protection circuits. And intrinsically safe circuit is used to protect the underground explosion, which effectively protects the system and guarantees the safety of coal mine production.
