Composition of the rhizome oil of Alpinia calcarata

A total number of twenty-one compounds were identified in oil of Alpinia calcarata rhizome by GC and GC/MS. The major constituents were α-fenchyl acetate (51.4%) and 1,8-cineole (15.1%).
