Generator frequency control PLTMH with a simple governor is constructed from frequency sensor devices, personal computers (Delphi-based computer programs) and an electric motor driving the turbine valves. It can be controlled the generator frequency in accordance with a set of points specified. Aberration frequency (Δf) minimum generator can be detected by the controller is ± 0.2 Hz. The measurement results show, the controller worked perfectly for the value of Δf is larger or smaller than 0.2 Hz. The control method is used to stabilize the frequency generator is an on-off control method. Turbine generator valve opening settings (valve opening is enlarged or reduced) was done by an electric motor. In this case, the direction of movement of the motor is enlarged or reduced valve opening is controlled by computers trough sending an active signal via pin 3 or pin 4 on parallel port. The speed of turbine engine valve regulated by a computer to send active signals via parallel port pin 2 in PWM signals form, with ton = 60 ms, tof = 40 ms and the period T = 100 ms.
