Chromatographic methods in solid surface investigations
1993
The application of chromatography as a testing method for properties of surfaces is considered. Examples are provided of employing chromatography for studying the geometry and surface chemistry of solids and sorbents of various nature, such as non-porous silica, non-porous ionic adsorbent on barium sulfate base, porous The high sensitivity of the chromatographic method in investigating the changes in the texture and the chemical state of the surface are shown. Y-iron oxide and polymer sorbents.
