제로에너지 구현을 위한 저에너지 설비시스템의 EnergyPlus 기반 에너지 성능 민감도 분석

In this study, we analyzed the energy sensitivity of energy-saving HVAC systems using the EnergyPlus v 9.1 dynamic simulation program. The energy sensitivity of each low-energy facility system and of each renewable energy system can be evaluated and used as a basis for determining energy-saving systems. The results showed that about 27.7%―59.5% of energy consumption could be reduced through air-conditioning systems and approximately 26.2%―62.4% energy could be saved through plant systems. In addition, the saving rate of renewable energy systems was evaluated to be 86.3%. In order to realize the zero energy of buildings, it is necessary to save as much energy as possible through an HVAC system that is suitable for the characteristics of the building and the climate, and with appropriately connected renewable energy such as PV systems.
