Study of B-meson decays to {eta}{sub c}K{sup (*)}, {eta}{sub c}(2S)K{sup (*)}, and {eta}{sub c}{gamma}K{sup (*)}

We study two-body B-meson decays to a charmonium state ({eta}{sub c}, {eta}{sub c}(2S) or h{sub c}) and a K{sup +} or K*{sup 0}(892) meson using a sample of 349 fb{sup -1} of data collected with the BABAR detector at the PEP-II asymmetric-energy B Factory at the Stanford Linear Accelerator Center. We measure B(B{sup 0}{yields}{eta}{sub c}K*{sup 0})=(5.7{+-}0.6(stat){+-}0.9(syst))x10{sup -4}, B(B{sup 0}{yields}{eta}{sub c}(2S)K*{sup 0})<3.9x10{sup -4}, B(B{sup +}{yields}h{sub c}K{sup +})xB(h{sub c}{yields}{eta}{sub c}{gamma})< 4.8x10{sup -5} and B(B{sup 0}{yields}h{sub c}K*{sup 0})xB(h{sub c}{yields}{eta}{sub c}{gamma})<2.2x10{sup -4} at the 90% C.L., and B({eta}{sub c}(2S){yields}KK{pi})=(1.9{+-}0.4(stat){+-}1.1(syst))%. We also measure the mass and width of the {eta}{sub c} meson to be m({eta}{sub c})=(2985.8{+-}1.5(stat){+-}3.1(syst)) MeV/c{sup 2} and {gamma}({eta}{sub c})=(36.3{sub -3.6}{sup +3.7}(stat){+-}4.4(syst)) MeV.
