The invention relates to a pattern transfer substrate device and a pattern transfer substrate thereof. The pattern transfer substrate device comprises an annular fixture and a pattern transfer substrate. The annular fixture comprises a hollow part and the pattern transfer substrate arranged in the hollow part is clamped by the annular fixture. The pattern transfer substrate is composed of a body part and a convex part. The convex part is integrally molded with the body part and is formed at the outer edge of the body part. The annular fixture is used for clamping the convex part. According to the technical scheme of the invention, the pattern transfer substrate is formed in the annular fixture, and the binding strength of the pattern transfer substrate with the annular fixture is improved by means of the convex part. Meanwhile, the manufacturing program is conducted when the pattern transfer substrate is clamped by the annular fixture. Therefore, the pattern transfer substrate is prevented from being touched by an operator, so that the pattern transfer substrate is free from being polluted.
