Optimized Scheduling of Seawater Pumping-Storing/Wind/Solar Hybrid Power Generating System

Variety of power sources contained in Seawater-Wind-Solar complementary system supply power to the island. To ensure the reliability of the power supply and enhance the economic efficiency of the island micro-grid, the history data of wind power and photovoltaic power are needed. In this paper, the model of Seawater-Wind-Solar complementary system is established, and the cost of the primary equipment of the joint system, and e.t.c are treated as objection function. With considering the power balance of the system, and the power constraints between each unit, and the online power of wind power and photovoltaic as the constraints conditions, the fuzzy inference PSO algorithm solves the optimal output of each power resource. The results indicate that the improved PSO algorithm is better than the original PSO algorithm, and is capable of optimizing the configuration of the joint system effectively and economically.
