The invention provides a method for lowering the melting point of a high-chromium type vanadium-titanium magnetite ore sinter mixture. The method for lowering the melting point of the high-chromium type vanadium-titanium magnetite ore sinter mixture comprises the steps that a mixture is pelletized, pelletized mixture is distributed, and igniting and sintering are conducted; and the method for lowering the melting point of the high-chromium type vanadium-titanium magnetite ore sinter mixture is characterized in that the mixture contains an annexing agent, and the annexing agent comprises boric acid, manganese mineral powder and steel slag. According to the method for lowering the melting point of the high-chromium type vanadium-titanium magnetite ore sinter mixture, the boric acid, the manganese mineral powder and the steel slag are adopted at the same time, the melting point of the high-chromium type vanadium-titanium magnetite ore sinter material can be lowered under the combined effects of the boric acid, the manganese mineral powder and the steel slag, the sintering process is improved, more high-quality silicate and calcium ferrite binding phases are generated, the mineral composition and the structure of the sinter ore are improved, and thus the purposes of enhancing the quality and the yield of the sinter ore are achieved.
