Alternatieve vormen van regulering co-vergistingsproducten

De studie geeft voor- en nadelen van alternatieve vormen van regulering van toelating van co-vergistingsproducten bij mestvergisting. Er is ook een vergelijking gemaakt met de regulering in Duitsland en Belgie. Vervolgens zijn de voor- en nadelen besproken van zeven alternatieven. De studie geeft aan dat er mogelijkheden zijn tot aanpassing van het beleid, mede om mestvergisting met co-vergisitngsproducten meer rendabel te kunnen toepassen binnen de milieurandvoorwaarden.The study presents advantages and disadvantages of alternative forms of regulating the licensing of cofermentation products in manure fermentation. A comparison is also made with regulations in Germany and Belgium. The advantages and disadvantages of seven alternatives are subsequently discussed. The study indicates that there are possibilities for adjusting the policy in order to make manure fermentation with cofermentation products more profitable within the environmental limiting conditions.
