Infection of Hepatitis B Virus(HBV)is presenting a popular trend in worldwild and has become a globle attention health problem. As a noninvasive eosinophilic liver virus,HBV doesn't directly damage the liver after infecting the body. The liver injury is resulted from the specific immune response induced by expression of antigen and antibody system and inflammations mainly mediated by non-specific cytokines. The specific cellular immune is the important factor in clearing virus. As chief effective cells, specific CTLs aimed at all kinds of epitopes are concerned with virus removing and cell damage. It is a hot spot on this field of research at present. This review article is a subjective passage for current state on hepatitis B virus in specific cellular immunity in recent years.
