Problems Existed in Loading and Conveying Mechanism of Mine Roadheader and Improved Design

A loading and conveying mechanism is an important composition part of the mine roadheader and the size of the loading and conveying capacity will directly determine the production capacity of the completed machine.From a view of the application,the paper introduced some problems occurred in the application process of the loading and conveying mechanism in the mine roadheader.An improved design was conducted on the loading and conveying mechanism.Thus the loading and conveying mechanism of the mine roadheader could be simpler,the operation would be more reliable,the production cost would be reduced and the service life of the roadheader could be longer.
