Perception of Students towards Employment in IT Sector

This empirical research investigates the perception IT students on employment in ITsector. The sample study based on central Kerala analyzed their perception on futurecareer and also about the positive and negative features of employment IT sector. Theanalysis of data by using non parametric tools showed the results that the studentsrepresenting youth perceive more positives than negatives on employment in IT sector.The majority of students found selected the IT stream of education with passion towardsthis sector. No gender disparity in opinion about the IT sector employment is validatedin the study.
