Extra-gastrointestinal stromal tumor in bladder(1 case report and literature review)

Objective:To study the clinical manifestation,diagnosis and treatment of extra-gastrointestinal stromal tumor(EGIST) in bladder.Methods:One case of extra-gastrointestinal stromal tumor in bladder was presented with review of the literature.Results:The patient underwent partial cystectomy.The tumor cells strongly expressed CD117.Conclusion:Bladder stromal tumor is rare,without particular clinical features,the main therapy is surgery.Unresectable and metastatic cases can be treated with molecular targeted therapy.
