Charging Damage Measurement I — Determination of Plasma’s Ability to Cause Damage

The measurements of plasma charging damage can roughly be separated into two categories. One category determines plasma’s propensity for causing charging damage. The other determines directly the extent of damage that actually happened in devices or circuits. In this chapter, we concentrate only on the first category. The second category will be discussed in next chapter.
