Hypoid gear analysis system

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analysis system of a hypoid gear capable of easily adjusting data for providing a desired gear tooth contact state. SOLUTION: A calculation section 6 sets a virtual gear 101iG obtained by adjusting design data of a gear 101G with adjustment dimensions when the relative position of a cutter head 230 to a pinion work 110P is set, calculates the virtual relative position of the cutter head 230 on the assumption that the gear tooth of the virtual work 110iG is formed according to data of the virtual gear 101iG and the set dimensions of the cutter head 230, adjusts the virtual relative position using a second adjustment dimension with reference to the pitch point P of the virtual gear 101iG, and calculates the relative position of the cutter head 230 when a pinion gear tooth 102P is generated in the pinion work 110P according to virtual assembling dimensions of the virtual gear 101iG and a pinion 101P and the adjusted virtual relative position.
