The utility model discloses a flexible conductor antiflaming sheath-shielded power cable, which comprises two cable conductors, an inner sheath coated on the cable conductors, a shielding layer and an outer sheath, wherein the outer surfaces of the two cable conductors are respectively coated with an insulating layer; and the shielding layer comprises an annealed copper wire shielding layer formed by a plurality of annealed copper wires wound on the outer surface of the inner sheath in a stranding and compact mode as well as a copper foil belt shielding layer formed by a copper foil belt coated on the outer surface of the annealed copper wire shielding layer in a winding mode. The flexible conductor antiflaming sheath-shielded power cable is characterized in that a plurality of conductor copper wires are adopted, and halogen-free coloring of a conductor insulating layer is realized; due to adopting integrated grounded shield and shield, copper materials used for completing the two functions can be saved by 50 percent; meanwhile, the power cable has excellent electric resistance and each electrical property index can be increased by 14 to 30 percent; moreover, the power cable is not easy to burn or can realize retarded combustion, and releases less flue gas and halogen-free gas during combustion.
