Method for controlling silver nanoparticle modified poly(o-phenylenediamine) micro/nanostructure morphology by micro-fluidic technique
2014
The invention provides a method for controlling silver nanoparticle modified poly(o-phenylenediamine) micro/nanostructure morphology by the micro-fluidic technique, belongs to the technical field of synthesis of micro/nanostructure materials, and aims at solving the shortcomings of large dosage of agents, difficult control on morphology, long reaction time and the like of the existing method of preparing silver nanoparticle modified poly(o-phenylenediamine) nanoribbons or poly(o-phenylenediamine) micro/nanospheres. The method comprises the following steps: 1, preparing a micro-fluidic chip; 2, preparing 0.005 to 0.02M silver nitrate solution and 0.005 to 0.01M o-phenylenediamine solution; 3, injecting the two solutions prepared in step 2 into the chip respectively through different channel inlets of the micro-fluidic chip. According to the method, the morphology of a product is controlled through the flowing rate; the method has the advantages of being simple in operation, fast to react, great in effect, high in controllability, low in cost, etc.
