The Renogram and the Renal Tract in Spina Bifida

SUMMARY The method of taking a renogram is described. Renograms are performed routinely on various groups of children at the Children's Hospital, Sheffield, including all new babies with spina bifida. The results of over 250 renograms are given. The procedure has many advantages in the follow-up of children with spina bifida and its results correlate very highly with those of an intravenous pyelogram. Les renogrammes sont realises de facon regulere dans des groupes varies d'enfants au Children's Hospital de Sheffield; en particulier, ils sont pratiques chez tous les nouveaux nes atteints de spina bifida et les resultats obtenus sont trks bien corr6lCs avec ceux de l'urographie intra-veineuse.
