Patients inquiry information communication system (1) is, the doctor terminal device (10), the patient terminal device (20), the database server unit (30) for storing a set of questions for interview to the patient and the communication network configured by connecting through (50). Patients terminal device (20) is based on a set of questions received from the database server (30) generates a query program for queries for interview to the patient, run the generated question program by, to display the questions for the interview for the patient, and enter the response data for the displayed question, stores the input response data and transmitted to the database server device (30).
