Влияние хирургического лечения укороченных уздечек верхней губы и языка на состояние иммунитета в ротовой полости у детей

This article reveals the results of clinical and immunological indicators after complex treatment of patients with shortened frenulum of upper lip and tongue. Seventy six /76/ children were examined at the age of seven /7/ in Kursk region. Operations were performed with a scalpel and “Surgitron” apparatus. The effectiveness was higher after administering “Derinate” and “Ultracaine DS” in comparison with the traditional treatment. Some indicators were revealed in the correction of immunological status in patients with mucous membrane anomaly in the oral cavity such as: changes of phagocyte’s activity deviating to the compensation of their dysfunction, regulating effect in point of excess cytokine mediated activation of phagocytes. There was no infiltration in postoperational field. There were insignificant edema and painfulness during palpation of soft tissues.
