Response to "isolated head tremor: A DAT SPECT and somatosensory temporal discrimination study."

Abstract In response to Ferrazano and colleagues’ observation of normal DAT binding in patients with isolated head tremor but with abnormal STDT, we report normal 123-IBZM SPECT in a cohort of patients with adult-onset idiopathic focal dystonia with cervical dystonia and their unaffected first-degree relatives both with normal and abnormal TDTs. We discuss molecular imaging findings in dystonia.
