The invention relates to a method and a device for liquid casting and forging forming of automotive brake calipers. The method includes: producing a forging and casting die with a cavity in the same shape as the calipers; through an injection mechanism, injecting aluminum alloy liquid into the cavity of the forging and casting die for casting forming; starting a forging and pressing punch to perform closed-die forging on the casted and formed calipers; opening the die to take out the calipers. The device comprises a moving die, a fixed die and the injection mechanism mounted on a hydraulic casting and forging machine. Casting and forging forming of the aluminum alloy calipers can be realized in the same die and within a same production cycle, and the produced aluminum alloy calipers are high in texture density and mechanical property; furthermore, by the adoption of the method and the device, forming of the aluminum alloy calipers can be realized, the produced aluminum alloy calipers can reach the level of mechanical property of forged piece and replace existing ductile cast iron calipers, automotive weight is reduced remarkably, and effects of energy saving and emission reduction of automobiles are achieved. The method and the device have the advantages of few production processes, short technological process, less equipment and die investment, energy saving and material saving, low production cost and the like.
