Observation on the comprehensive nursing effect of integrated nursing care model in myomectomy by hysteroscope during perioperative period

Objective: To study the comprehensive nursing effect of integrated nursing care model in myomectomy by hysteroscope during perioperative period. Methods: Eighty patients treated with myomectomy by hysteroscope in our hospital from January 2008 to July 2011 were selected as research object, and they were randomly divided into control group (routine nursing group) 40 cases and observation group (integrated nursing group) 40 cases, then the hospitalization time, exhaust time, treatment compliance, incidence of complications, patientssatisfaction rate and quality of life before and after the nursing at third and fifth day of two groups were analyzed and compared. Results: The hospitalization time, exhaust time, treatment compliance, incidence of complications, patientssatisfaction rate and quality of life of observation group were better than control group, there were significant differences between the indexes (all P0.05). Conclusion: The comprehensive nursing effect of integrated nursing care model in myomectomy by hysteroscope during perioperative period is better, and it is widely welcomed to patients.
