Субъективные и объективные проблемы при отмене принудительного лечения у просоциальных личностей, совершивших агрессивные общественно опасные действия по бредовым механизмам

The article discusses the identification and assessment dissimulating trends in preparation for hospital discharge of patients with Pro-social personal attitudes, committed the offence on delusional grounds. Analyzed objective and subjective factors that prevent the reasonable definition of the social danger of such persons. The most important psychological predictors that need to be taken into account at each stage of compulsory treatment for the detection of masked manifestations remain delusional entities that is illustrated with examples. Recommendations for avoiding errors in assessment activities with recommendations to an extract of this population.
