Исследование поведения мезенхимальных стволовых клеток костного мозга в пористо-проницаемых инкубаторах из никелида титана

The article presents a step-by-step development of mesenchymal bone marrow stem cells in the pore permeable structure of nickelide titan incubator. Specific features of cellular material development inside incubator pores are noted. The developed rough surface of incubator pores provides the cells with conditions of cellular colonies' securing and growth, pore permeable structure of incubator allowing the penetration of nutrients from environment during all time of investigation in vitro. Research methods adequately display tissue development inside incubator pores.
