The progress of anticoagulant management in elderly patients with atrial fibrillation under integrated service of medical treatment and care

This paper reviewed anticoagulant therapy of elderly patients with atrial fibrillation (AF) at home and abroad, the influence factors of anticoagulation, the present situation and effect of medical treatment and care management, put forward the application of multidisciplinary integration system management mode, health education, remote information technology under integrated service of medical treatment and care in anticoagulant management, provided new ideas for how to do the anticoagulation management of elderly patients with atrial fibrillation with the limited resources under integrated service of medical treatment and care in our country.
