Dinâmica da incorporação de dispositivos administrativos em uma siderúrgica sobre a ótica do Institucionalismo

The study aimed to analyze the dynamic path of meanings of "Corporate Governance", "Risk Management" and "Socio-Environmental Responsibility" from the disclosure in the Management Reports of the steel mill Arcelor Mittal Brasil S. A along the last decade. For this, a descriptive study was carried out, with a qualitative and quantitative approach, through documental research of longitudinal cutting, applying the technique of content analysis. The research universe comprised the last eleven Management Reports, therefore from 2007 to 2017. For the data treatment, we opted to allocate the MR content in categories (paragraphs). This research opens space for new studies, it is recommended that the triangulation of methods be performed, from the collection of data from other sources, such as interviews and news; and, to a greater extent, expanding into the segment (would that be the dynamic really common to another company in the steel sector?).
