The method provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps: the prepared combined graphical representation is acquired; the colors and the typefaces of the combined graphical representation are set to generate lantern slides of the combined graphical representation corresponding to the set colors and the set typefaces; the situation that whether the acquired PPT editing commands carry commands for applying the lantern slides is judged; if yes, then the commands are applied in the PPT.
