An object of the present invention, comprising: providing an organic electroluminescence device and a manufacturing method thereof long lifetime with high luminous efficiency, in particular, excellent color rendering properties, the white light emitting organic electroluminescent chromaticity even at a low driving voltage is stabilized to provide a luminescence device and a manufacturing method thereof. The organic electroluminescence device of the present invention comprises at least an anode, a hole transport layer, light emitting layer containing a phosphorescent compound, an organic electroluminescence device having an electron-transporting layer and a cathode, the light emitting layer, the light emitting a quantum dot wavelength is in the range of 413~477Nm, emission wavelength attributed to 0-0 transition band in phosphorescence spectrum is characterized by containing the host compounds within the scope of 413~459Nm.
