The temperature dependence of the EPR spectrum of 6S-state ions
1980
The temperature dependence of the g factor and the hyperfine coupling constant A of Mn2+ in HgSe has been measured with an EPR spectrometer in the temperature range 4.2-360K. It was found that the temperature dependence of g was due to the thermal expansion of the lattice while the temperature dependence of A was mainly caused by lattice vibrations.
