Orally Administered Human Immunoglobulin Therapy for Norovirus Enteritis in Solid Organ Transplant Recipients: A Case Series at a Single Academic Transplant Center

Norovirus enteritis (NVE) can cause intractable diarrhea in solid organ transplant recipients (SOTR) for which there are no established treatments. We reviewed medical records of 9 SOTR at our center who received orally administered human immunoglobulin (OHIG) for NVE and it appeared to be an effective treatment modality.
