Implementación de una herramienta de gestión documental informatizado para el control del activo fijo de la Macroregión II Trujillo del Banco de la Nación año 2018

The general objective of this research was to determine the implementation of a computerized document management tool in the control of fixed assets of the Macro Region II Trujillo Sub-office of Banco de la Nacion 2018. The problem was: How to implement a tool of computerized document management contributes the control of fixed assets of the Macro Region II Sub-Division Trujillo - Banco de la Nacion? When this research was carried out, there was a total population of 13 workers, so the sample was taken in a non-probabilistic manner and consisted of 6 workers; The data collection technique used was the survey whose instrument was the questionnaire, which consisted of 14 questions. The research design that was used was descriptive. When obtaining the results in which the need for a tool was evidenced, bibliographic material was analyzed for the corresponding discussion, thus arriving at demonstrating the hypothesis of study that establishes that "the implementation of a computerized document management tool contributes the control of the fixed asset of the Macro Region II Trujillo Sub-Division - Banco de la Nacion. " The main conclusion is that when implementing the tool, it improved the control of fixed assets of the Macro Region II Trujillo Subdivision of Banco de la Nacion, because they have a direct relationship, as shown by Pearson's correlation coefficient (r= 0.857), which indicates that, if the independent variable develops positive factors, they will influence in the same direction in the dependent variable. In view of this, it is recommended to implement or propose the tool in other offices of Banco de la Nacion.
