Verejná politika a jej uplatňovanie pomocou štátu

Bacheor thesis deals with public policy and its implementation by the state. In the teoretical part solves basic terms as a public sector, public choise, public interest, public finance, public administration and public policy. The practical part is devoted to the analysis of the application of public policy in the public service sector in education in Považska Bystrica in the period 2011 – 2012. Using a city budgets and plan for economic and social developmentof the city Považska Bystrica compile a summary tables and graphs, where we compare the number of students, classes and amount of allocated funds. We are dedicted to improving the possibilities of application of public policy at kindergartens and primary schools.
