Provided are: a PSLM (15a) for adding a phase difference (exp) (jθ 1 ) to a light wave; a PSLM (15b) for adding a phase difference (exp) (jθ 2 ) to a light wave; and an optical demultiplexer (14a) for generating a complex amplitude image (Aexp)(jφ) by superimposing the light wave to which the phase difference (exp) (jθ 2 ) was added on the light wave to which the phase difference (exp) (jθ 1 ) was added.
