The utility of non-metal mineral powder is developing rapidly with the development of traditional industry technology and new high-tech materials,thus it is of great importance to further process non-metal minerals in order to match the demand of the ever developing market.Many studies about diatomite,as an important non-metal material,are reported.So the article analyzed the surface structure and adsorption,the current situation and the development of diatomite-based composites.Additionally,the article prospected the development of diatomite-based composites.
