Tolerance of Juvenile Yellow Catfish Pelteobagrus fulvidraco to Three Fishery Drugs

The acute toxicity of three kinds of drugs(Cupric sulfate + Ferrous sulfate mixture,Natrii hypochlorosum and Methylenum coeruleum)to fry(body length 1～2 cm)yellow catfish Pelteobagrus fulvidraco were studied with the biology toxicity test method at static water at room temperature of 24～26 ℃.The results showed that the fish had the highest tolerance to Cupric sulfate + Ferrous sulfate mixture among the drugs,followed by Natrii hypochlorosum,and then Methylenum coeruleum,with safe concentration(SC)of 0.72 for Cupric sulfate + Ferrous sulfate mixture,1.23 for Natrii hypochlorosum and 6.81 mg/L for Methylenum coeruleum.
