Search for anti-magnetic rotation in {sup 105}Cd

The only firm evidence of anti-magnetic rotation (AMR) was reported in the yrast positive parity band in {sup 106}Cd. Other claims for AMR bands also exist in {sup 108}Cd, {sup 109}Cd, {sup 100}Pd, {sup 110}Cd. Recently AMR has also been predicted in {sup 144}Dy. In the present work, we discuss lifetime measurements by DSAM technique with the aim of searching Anti-magnetic Rotation in the negative parity yrast band of {sup 105}Cd.
