THE STUDY ON CHANGE OF PHYSIOLOGY AND BIOCHEMISTRY OF CAULIFLOWER SEEDS IN VIVO AFTER MAGNETIC TREATMENT

After using different strength and time of stationary magnetic field to treat the cauliflower seeds,we measured the physiological-biochemical index of the germination seeds,plant seedling and the ultimate production.It showed that after magnetic treatment,the α-amylase activity of seeds and seedling increased 8.8%-82.4%,The content of reducing sugar increased 2.9%-27.2%.The concentration of chlorophyll increased 7%-56.8%.The content of peroxydase activity was not regular.The average yield increased 2.5%-42.5% after the magnetic treatment.
