Стан мінерального обміну і природної резистентності корів та їх корекція у господарствах Житомирського Полісся

The indices of mineral exchange and natural resistency condition and new approaching to their correction in Zhitomir Polissa region are experimentally and theoretically substantiated in the thesis. The negative influence of abiotic factors on cows in Zhitomir Polissa region (the lack of essencial microelements, Ergocalciferole and Karotine, Phosphor-Kalcie dysbalans and lowintensive radioactive irradiation) cause the development of multiply pathology – osteodysthrophy, polymicroelement deficiency, hypotireosis, A-hypovitaminosis and decrease of natural resistency. The histological changes in tymus, spleen, lymphatic nods, liver, kidneys and heart are shown. The changes witness about the infringement of morphofunctional condition of immune organs, dystrophy and blood circulation disruption. The effectivity of vitamine and immunocorrective therapy with KAFI utilization, vitamine-aminoacid drug “Vitamin-Complex+Oligo”, twicely with triple injection of KAFI stimulate methabolic exchange and natural resistency in dry cows.
