Aproximación teórica al significado del liderazgo resiliente en la Universidad Pedagógica Experimental Libertador

The purpose of this article was to generate a theoretical approach to the meaning of resilient leadership at the Libertador Experimental Pedagogical University (UPEL-IPB). This was based on theories about leadership, resilience and educational management. For this, the interpretive paradigm was assumed from the position of Heidegger (1997) and the phenomenological-hermeneutical method. The evidence was collected, applying the interview technique to three (3) members of the teaching staff, middle managers in the study scenario and as an instrument an interview script was used. Likewise, the author served as a heuristic instrument using the senses, memory, cultural capital and perceptions to categorize and make sense of the first order interpretations of the key informants. The triangulation allowed to give credibility to the findings, which were legitimized with the voice of the informants. Finally, the revealing substantive theory of social meaning was elaborated and also, to expose the reflections from an onto-epistemic perspective.
