Irradiation method of DR digital radiography in endemic skeletal fluorosis screening

2015
The invention discloses an irradiation method of DR digital radiography in endemic skeletal fluorosis screening. According to the method, the technical parameters are as follows respectively for different irradiation parts: (1) the voltage of an X-ray irradiation tube of a posteroanterior radiograph of an elbow joint is 60-66kV, and the current of the X-ray tube is 5-8 mAs; (2) the voltage of an X-ray irradiation tube of a posteroanterior radiograph of a calf or knee joint is 62-70, and the current of the X-ray tube is 8-12 mAs; (3) the voltage of an X-ray irradiation tube of a posteroanterior radiograph of pelvis is 70-80, and the current of the X-ray tube is 20-32 mAs. The principle is that the irradiation conditions need to be adjusted according to the physical condition of an inspected person to acquire an image available for diagnosis. The field use of the method in clinical application and epidemic fluorosis areas shows that the total effective rate of the first film rate and the second film rate of photographs of the DR aiming at the endemic skeletal fluorosis is higher than 94.92 percent; the method is quick in diagnosis and accurate in result. The method is suitable for clinical diagnostic photographing of the endemic skeletal fluorosis and screening of the endemic skeletal fluorosis at the epidemic fluorosis areas.
